We're a virtual care clinic affiliated with the Froedtert & MCW health network. We offer chat-based care for minor illnesses 24/7. Chat and video visits with your care team through Here Health are covered by the Here Health membership fee. All other services, including in-person visits, lab work, imaging, pharmacy, or other needs related to your care, will be billed to your insurance or directly to you. We are not currently able to offer Here Health to patients with Medicare or Medicaid, but click here for additional convenient options for virtual care.
This service from the Froedtert & MCW health network is designed to offer you a virtual care option for minor illnesses and digital tools for health. You'll have the ability to chat via a secure message portal with your Here Health care team 24/7 and will typically receive a response within two hours.
This service can be billed on a monthly or annual basis. For an individual subscription, the cost is $25/month or $199/annually.This pricing remains in effect through June 30, 2026 and may be subject to change after that date.
The subscription fee provides patients with the convenience of interacting with our care team by chat during extended hours, usually with a two-hour response time, no matter where they are in Wisconsin. Subscribers can also enjoy significant time and cost savings compared to other care options, depending on how often they use the service.
